Haven’t used my membership much yet due to time restraints but love the magazine. When I’ve ordered something it’s always come quickly and as described. Have just started looking at the online tutorials. There’s a lot offered in this membership for both novice and experienced artists.

The SAA are easily accessible by telephone and are so helpful and knowledgeable when you place your order. You receive your purchases very quickly by post and the quality of products are outstanding. When you become a member you pay the discounted price on everything. I love my painting hobby and the SAA provide everything I need at a discounted price.

The website is very difficult to navigate - not as good as it used to be, sometimes I give up and go to Amazon - packaging and delivery fine

Initially the wrong order was sent, but once queried SAA sent a replacement that arrived the next morning. First class service as udual

I get a catalogue from SAA from time to time along with the paint magazine and I find it inspiring to see what people are doing and the catalogue shows a large variety of products and then going to the website shows many more to give you choices. I am a Mathew Palmer fan having watched programmes and videos so am apt to go to his selection first but the choice is vast and worth exploring.

As always, good value and prompt delivery. Membership has many benefits, but free delivery no matter the size of the order is a key benefit for me.

I have been a member twice! Once at the beginning and again after I took very early retirement both related to health issues having time on my hands!
Not only do the orders arrive super quick, the magazine is inspirational and informative! I feel like part of a big family and have seen great improvement in my own work helped by the tutors working within! My daughter shares with me and relaxing from her very demanding job! I joined the first time back in the 90’s! How things have changed since!

I was very happy with my purchases, they were packed well but not over packed and I received them promptly as usual. They are all excellent quality and I am very happy.

A very informative catalogue. Easy website to order goods, free P&P, the items arrive within a couple of days. Friendly and knowledgeable staff if it’s necessary to telephone.

Hello, I am very satisfied with the service I received from SAA, particularly from Hollie and Emma. There was a delivery issue with your delivery courier which I found frustrating but I felt Hollie and Emma did everything they could for me. I did eventually receive my parcel and am very happy with the products.

I have been a member since 2012 and have always enjoyed all the things available on the SAA website, either shop or community. There is plenty of great information and opportunities to learn and grow. The members prices for the wide range of art supplies is a very valued feature that helps enormously. Over all a very good thing to be part of.
